Pastor Tommie L. Bailey

Pastor Tommie L. Bailey

Pastor Tommie L Bailey was born in Joiner, Arkansas to the late Ernest and Mary Bailey. He is the third of 10 children who were raised in a Godly and nurturing home. After leaving his mother's home to join the military and consequently leaving her God behind, Pastor Bailey learned many life lessons and gained experiences that reconnected him in June of 1991 to that very same God.

As he would say, "My mother's God became my God." After rededicating his life he quickly sought God for his wife. In December of 1991, he would marry his beautiful and Godly wife, Valencia. In February 1993, he was licensed to preach by Pastor Herbert L. Dickerson at Vance Street Baptist Church in Danville, VA. While living in Stafford, VA he served as an associate minister for many years at Bethlehem Baptist Church of Spotsylvania, VA.  In January 2000, he was ordained as a Pastor at Emmanuel Baptist Church, Orange, VA.

In April 2012, the Lord led Pastor and Lady Bailey to open House Of God Tabernacle in Orange, VA -- and they have never looked back! Pastor Bailey is very humble and is always willing to lend a helping hand to everyone he meets. Obeying the voice of God they also created the non-profit Good Samaritan, Inc. Good Samaritan, Inc. is an outreach center that provides food and clothing for the less fortunate in the community.  Pastor Bailey has a Bachelor's Degree in IT from Strayer University as well as an Associate's Degree.

Pastor and Lady Bailey have been blessed with one daughter, Alencia (The Baby) and a very special niece, Eboni.
